Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations, returns or exchanges are governed by this policy. Customers are requested to exercise due discretion while ordering services because once the service has been assigned to an astrologer for processing, refund requests will not be entertained. However, if you still wish to cancel a service or an order for a report, you can file a cancellation within one hour of placing the order, through an email to our customer care (support@cosmicsquares.com)

The delivery time-frames mentioned on our website are approximate, but we make every effort to strictly adhere to the timelines. However, since these reports are personalised and manually prepared by our astrologers, sometimes imminent human delays are inevitable. Minor delays that are considered reasonable will not be treated as a ground for refunds. At the same time, refund requests for incorrect data or customer misinformation will not be entertained. You are therefore requested to ensure you provide correct data before placing an order for service. 


An order, once placed, cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the website contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in all such cases will be made at our sole discretion. 


If cancellations are approved, then the refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment within 15 days from the refund approval date.
